• ✅ Use Vector File Formats

For shirt printing, we recommend vector artwork, which allows us to scale your design without losing quality. Accepted file formats include:

    • (Adobe Illustrator)
    • (Encapsulated PostScript)
    • (High-resolution, vector-based only)

Note: Raster files like JPEG, low-resolution PNG, or low-resolution PDFs are not suitable for professional screen printing unless specifically approved.

    📐 Design Quality & Resolution

    • 300 DPI or higher is recommended
    • to prevent font issues. (In Illustrator: Select text → Right click → Create Outlines)

    🎨 Color Separation

    • each color on a separate layer to simplify the screen setup process.
    • include registration marks to help with precise alignment during printing.

    🗂 File Naming Tips

    • clear, descriptive filenames, such as:

      school_spirit_shirt_front.ai

      team_logo_blue_layer.eps

      church_event_2025_vector.pdf

Avoid generic names like "design1.ai" or "finalfinal.pdf" to reduce confusion during setup.
